Unit 9, Block 9 is part of a larger development in the Northern Cross complex. 

The project consisted of the Non-structural fit out of an existing ground floor vacant shell unit to accommodate  a Paediatric Dental practice. 

The fit out involved the installation of suspended ceilings, partitions, fire rated partitions, fire doors, mechanical and electrical works, WC’s including PHWC and general decoration.
