Northern Cross, Malahide 

JSA Architects were appointed by Walls Group to Masterplan Northern Cross as part of an urban town centre at the junction of Malahide Road and N32. 

It was designed as a gateway mixed use development and is located on the boundary between Fingal County Council and Dublin City Council. 

The development commenced with the Hilton Hotel and 3 no. mixed use apartment blocks, Burnell Square, Burnell Court and Burnell Green.
