Two-storey office facility for America Online, designed to reflect the company’s high profile and meet a brief calling for architecture of strong design merit.

The development consists of two interlinking two-storey buildings of approximately 4,300 sq m (46,000 sq ft) and 1,750 sq m (19,000 sq ft) respectively. The offices are arranged around a series of courtyards, with particular emphasis placed on the main entrance, both internally and externally.
