Citywest Business Campus is one of Europe’s leading business parks, developed as a landmark commercial destination in Dublin for both indigenous and international companies.
JSA Architects were appointed by Dave Hickey Properties to masterplan the campus and have played a central role in shaping its architectural identity since its inception. To date, JSA Architects have completed 36 buildings across the campus, delivering a diverse range of projects including LEED Platinum office buildings, business incubator units, industrial and production facilities, and data centres for many leading global organisations.
A strong emphasis was placed from the outset on high-quality architecture, landscape design, and long-term campus planning, creating a distinctive parkland setting with generous open spaces, feature lakes, and carefully integrated buildings.
The result is a vibrant and highly sustainable business environment that combines contemporary workplace design with a strong sense of place, helping establish Citywest Business Campus as one of Ireland’s premier commercial developments.
Unit 3009 Lake Drive
Unit 3009 Lake Drive was completed in 2017 for Davy Hickey Properties.
Unit 3009 is a contemporary office building overlooking the feature lake at Citywest Business Campus.
JSA Architects have been involved in the masterplanning for Citywest since the 90’s. The building was design by JSA Architects, and is part of a series of landmark office developments that bring a modern and sustainable workplace environment to the campus.
The design combines elegant stone façades, generous glazing, and flexible office layouts to create bright, efficient workspaces with impressive views across the surrounding landscape and lake. A welcoming double-height entrance lobby forms the heart of the building, while the curved wings maximise natural light throughout the offices.
Carefully integrated into the landscaped setting and benefiting from the many amenities within Citywest Business Campus, the project achieved both LEED Platinum certification and a BER A3 energy rating, reflecting a strong focus on quality, comfort, and sustainability.
Unit 3007 Lake Drive
Unit 3007 Lake Drive is one of the four landmark office buildings designed to form a striking crescent overlooking the iconic Pool of Tara lake at Citywest Business Campus. The building was designed as a contemporary glazed pavilion that reflects the surrounding lake and landscape while creating a strong architectural identity within the campus.
The fully glazed façade maximises natural light throughout the office floors and provides panoramic views across the water and surrounding business park. Designed with flexible, open-plan floorplates and dual entrance access, the building offers adaptable workspace solutions within a high-quality landscaped setting.
Unit 3007 became the Dublin headquarters for Fidelity Investments Ireland and continues to stand as one of the signature office buildings within Citywest Business Campus.
Unit 3013 Lake Drive
Unit 3013 Lake Drive is a contemporary three-storey headquarters office building overlooking the feature lake at Citywest Business Campus.
Designed by JSA Architects as part of a distinctive crescent of four office buildings, the development was conceived to maximise its lakeside setting while creating a strong architectural presence within the campus.
The fully glazed façade reflects the surrounding landscape and water, bringing natural light deep into the office interiors and creating bright, open working environments throughout the 40,000 sq.ft building.
Designed as an own-door headquarters opportunity, Unit 3013 combines flexible modern office accommodation with high-quality landscaping and direct access to the amenities of Citywest
