JSA Architects has worked with ALDI since 2003 on the rollout programme for store developments across Dublin and Kildare. Over the course of this long-standing relationship, we have delivered a wide range of projects including new-build stores, conservation works, fit-outs of existing premises, and store extensions and Project Refresh.
The design team continuously evaluates and refines delivery methods to enhance both construction quality and project efficiency. Through ALDI’s extensive rollout programme, and the integration of stores within a global information and procurement system, JSA Architects has developed significant expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously at varying stages of development. This experience has strengthened our understanding of programme management and enabled continuous improvement through lessons learned from previous projects.
Several developments formed part of larger retail schemes, including Sandyford and Tallaght, while others were delivered as standalone stores.
