JSA Architects were appointed by Redrock Logistics Naas Limited for the delivery of two high-specification logistics units, Buildings A1 and A2, at Globe Logistics Park, Naas.

The development targets a LEED Gold sustainability rating and comprises two detached logistics units designed to the highest specification.

Unit 1 extends to approximately 5,291 sq. m. / 56,952 sq. ft., including approximately 533 sq. m. / 5,737 sq. ft. of office accommodation. Unit 2 extends to approximately 12,462 sq. m. / 134,140 sq. ft., including approximately 986 sq. m. / 10,613 sq. ft. of office accommodation.

Loading access is provided through 6 dock levellers and 2 ground-level roller shutter doors to Unit 1, and 15 dock levellers and 4 ground-level roller shutter doors to Unit 2.

Both units benefit from a clear internal height of approximately 12 metres.
