Momentum Business Park (sites 28, 30, 31, 35, 37 & 39)

JSA Architects were appointed as Architects for multiple units within Momentum Logistics Park, delivering a series of high-quality logistics and warehouse developments across several sites within the park.

Site 31 was delivered under a design-and-build contract and comprises a high-specification logistics facility, including an 84,938 sq ft high-bay warehouse and 5,500 sq ft of bespoke office accommodation. The building was designed and constructed to achieve LEED Gold sustainability standards and was completed in February 2025.
