Horizon Logistics Park – Unit P1 (GLS)

JSA were appointed by Henderson Park (formally Green REIT Horizon DAC) to provide full Architectural services and master planning of Horizon Logistics Park. We carried out full Architectural services including Design Certifier and Assigned Certifier services under BCAR. To-date JSA have completed 17 industrial / logistic units on a phased basis within the estate.

Unit P1 is a logistics building including 2 storey ancillary office which was purpose built for GLS with multiple options for HGV and van loading/unloading areas to the perimeter of the unit.

The new facility at Horizon allows GLS to operate as a Combined Depot, Hub and HQ for their entire Irish Operation.  The unit was completed in April 2023
