Horizon Logistics Park – N6, 7 and 8

JSA were appointed by Henderson Park (formally Green REIT Horizon DAC) to provide full Architectural services and master planning of Horizon Logistics Park. We carried out full Architectural services including Design Certifier and Assigned Certifier services under BCAR. To-date JSA have completed 21 industrial / logistic units on a phased basis within the estate.

Planning permission was granted in July 2021 for 8 no. light industrial /warehouses including ancillary office use area over two levels. 

Units N6 & N7 are complete and occupied following our fitout works for both Ceva & Ceasarstone respectively. 

Unit N8 was completed in February 2023.  JSA were subsequently appointed to carry out the fit out works for UPS and the fit out was completed in December 2023 ready for occupation by UPS.
