JSA were appointed by Rohan Holdings Limited for a number of recent units in North City Business Park.
North City Business Park is a prime logistics/warehouse estate fronting the M50 motorway in one of Dublin’s most accessible and commercial locations with access to all main routes to and from the city centre.
JSA provided full Architectural services including Design Certifier, PSDP and Assigned Certifier under BCAR. Unit A7A/B was completed in 2018, Unit A6A/B in May 2022 and A5A/B in November 2022. Units A6A/B and A5A/B are LEED Silver accredited.
Units A4A/B is currently under construction and due for completion in 2024 for incoming fit out by Dublin Fire Brigade.
Units A8A/B and A9 have recently gone in for statutory consents including Planning, Fire and Disability Access certificates and it is anticipated that construction will commence shortly. Units A8 A/Bb and A9 are targeting LEED Gold.
