Unit G1 forms part of the wider Horizon Logistics Park masterplan — one of Dublin’s most strategically located logistics campuses, positioned adjacent to Dublin Airport with direct access to the national motorway network.

The building comprises a high-specification light industrial and logistics facility, extending to approximately 4,200 sq.m (c. 45,000 sq.ft), including ancillary office and welfare accommodation arranged over two levels. 

Designed as a flexible, mid-scale distribution unit, the scheme balances operational efficiency with clarity of layout and robust construction. The building incorporates dedicated service yards, loading areas, and integrated office space, supporting a range of logistics and light industrial uses within a controlled and highly accessible environment. 

Unit G1 benefits from immediate proximity to key transport infrastructure, enabling rapid connectivity to air freight, national road networks, and the Port Tunnel — reinforcing its role within Ireland’s primary distribution corridor. 

Delivered as part of the ongoing phased development of Horizon Logistics Park, the unit reflects the wider campus strategy: high-performance buildings, consistent architectural quality, and an emphasis on long-term operational resilience.

Completed in March 2025, the project included a Cat A fit-out, ensuring readiness for occupation while maintaining flexibility for tenant-specific requirements.
