Units E2 and C – Horizon Logistics Park

JSA were appointed by Henderson Park to provide full architectural services and masterplanning for Horizon Logistics Park, including roles as Design Certifier and Assigned Certifier under BCAR. Delivered on a phased basis, the development has seen the completion of 23 logistics units to date.

Unit E2 comprises an 11,910 sqm (GEA) high-bay distribution facility with integrated first-floor office accommodation. The warehouse includes 12 dock levellers and 4 grade-level access doors, supported by a dedicated loading yard designed for efficient circulation and servicing. The building has been delivered to LEED Gold and NZEB standards, incorporating rooftop photovoltaic panels. Practical Completion was achieved on 11 June 2024.

Unit C comprises a 6,907 sqm (GEA) high-bay distribution facility with first-floor office space. The warehouse is equipped with 9 dock levellers and 2 grade-level access doors, along with a dedicated loading yard. Constructed to LEED Gold and NZEB standards, the building also integrates rooftop photovoltaic panels. Practical Completion was achieved on 2 July 2024.
