JSA Architects were appointed by Glenbrier Construction as Architects for the design and delivery of a new residential development at Tolka Cottage Lane, located just off Main Street, Mulhuddart. The scheme comprises nine high-quality family homes together with associated landscaping and a children's playground, creating an attractive and well-integrated residential environment.

The development occupies a prominent location adjacent to the recently renovated and extended Aldi store, for which JSA Architects provided Architectural, PSDP and Assigned Certifier services. The houses were completed in April 2026.

The development consists of a range of three-bedroom homes designed to provide bright, spacious and comfortable living accommodation. Each house includes a generous kitchen and dining area that connects seamlessly to the front living room, featuring large feature windows that maximise natural daylight and create an open, welcoming atmosphere.

While the internal layouts of the three-bedroom homes are largely consistent throughout the development, purchasers benefit from a choice of two distinct architectural styles. House Type A units are positioned along the entrance to the development, creating a strong streetscape presence, while House Type B units form the terrace located towards the rear of the site.
