JSA Architects was appointed to carry out architectural services for the change of use of the permitted ground-floor study room to provide 3 no. studio bedrooms, including a single-storey 7.9 sq. m front extension to the block; minor elevation alterations associated with the revised internal layouts, comprising new windows and an entrance to each studio bedroom; and alterations to the internal courtyard landscaping. 

The works were completed in August 2025.
