Stadium Business Park comprises five speculative industrial/logistics units totaling 96,000 sq. ft. The development delivers LEED Gold specification, BER A2 ratings, and is fully NZEB compliant. The units were developed and constructed using sustainable materials throughout.

The warehouse units’ range in size from 15,932 to 22,775 sq. ft. and incorporate 10% roof lights to maximise natural daylight within the warehouse space. Each unit is provided with a minimum of one dock leveller and one grade-level access door.

The development also includes high-specification office accommodation featuring suspended ceilings, LED PIR sensor lighting, and fully fitted tea stations and staff facilities.
