Horizon Logistics Park, Dublin

JSA Architects were appointed by Henderson Park (formerly Green REIT Horizon DAC) to provide masterplanning and full architectural services for Horizon Logistics Park, a major logistics and distribution campus strategically located adjacent to Dublin Airport. Developed on both speculative and bespoke bases, the park provides high-quality warehousing and distribution facilities for a range of international occupiers. To date, 24 logistics units have been successfully delivered, including Units F1, G1 and P2 in 2025.

Unit G1 is a high-specification logistics and light industrial facility extending to approximately 4,200 m² (45,000 sq ft), including ancillary office accommodation. Completed in 2025, the building provides flexible distribution space with dedicated service yards and loading facilities, benefiting from direct access to Dublin Airport, the Port Tunnel and the national motorway network.

Unit F1, developed as FedEx’s primary distribution centre in Ireland, comprises approximately 157,000 sq ft of warehousing and office accommodation. Designed to support high-volume logistics operations and future fleet electrification, the facility achieved LEED Gold Certification and was delivered from concept through to fit-out, ensuring continuity of design and operational performance.

As the campus continues to expand, Sites F2, G2, P3 and P4 received planning permission in 2025 and are scheduled to commence construction shortly. JSA Architects have also been appointed to advance the next phase of the masterplan, including planning applications for Sites H and K, further reinforcing Horizon Logistics Park’s position as one of Ireland’s leading logistics and distribution.
